Ricardo Almendra
Ricardo Almendra is a founding partner and the CEO of RBR. He is a member of the Company's Investment Committee, where he participates in all the decision-making process related to investments. Ricardo Almendra holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from EAESP – Getulio Vargas Foundation and a post-graduate degree in Economics from the same institution.
Guilherme Bueno Netto
Guilherme Bueno Netto is a founding partner at RBR and member of the Company's Investment Committee. He is a portfolio manager at the Company’s real estate development area. Guilherme Bueno Netto holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from EAESP – Getulio Vargas Foundation.
Carolina Purchio
Carolina is a partner at RBR and member of company’s Real Estate Development area. Carolina holds a bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urbanism from Mackenzie University São Paulo and a post-graduation degree in Business Administration from FAAP and a degree in Real Estate Business from FIA - Fundação Instituto de Administração.
Felipe Schucman
Felipe Schucman is a partner and member of the real estate development area at RBR Asset Management, responsible for the origination and structuring of new businesses. In 2019, he founded FL2 Partners, one of the first Brazilian asset managers focused on residential for income, where he remained for 5 years. Previously, he worked at GP Investimentos, QuintoAndar, INK, Brookfield and Citi. Felipe holds a degree in Economics from Insper and Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP), a Master's degree in Real Estate Development from the IE School of Architecture and Design in Madrid/Spain, and a specialization in Real Estate Law from the Law School of Fundação Getúlio Vargas de São Paulo (FGV-SP).
Guilherme Manuppella
Guilherme is a partner from the Credit team. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP). Before joining RBR, he was Senior Analyst at Santander Bank, in the Credit area, responsible for the analysis and approval of structured financing and Corporate Banking operations.
Franklin Tanioka
Franklin Tanioka is a partner at RBR and a member of the Properties team. Before joining the RBR team in 2019, he worked for 7 years in real estate investment management at VBI Real Estate, where he participated in equity and debt projects in the order of R$700 million in all the cycle, from prospecting to divestment. He also worked at Goodman, an Australian company focused on logistics warehouses in 2017. Franklin holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic School of USP and a postgraduate degree in Finance from Insper-SP.
Lucas Manna Sponda
Partner and responsible for the legal area of RBR. Before joining RBR, Lucas was an associate at Demarest Advogados, in the capital markets area, working in structuring public offerings, investment operations and investment funds. This journey includes passages in specialized offices in the real estate area and financial institutions. Graduated in Law from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and is making a postgraduate degree in Corporate Finance and Investment Banking from FIA Business School.
Matheus Bordini
Matheus Duarte Bordini, currently a partner at RBR Asset Management, is responsible for the Fund Operations area, where supervises controlling, risk and trading activities. He has been with the company since 2021. Before his current position, he was a partner at Luminus Capital Management for 4 years, in addition to 3 years of experience at RXZ Investimentos. He began his career as an intern at Itaú Unibanco. He studied at the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo, where he graduated in Mechanical Engineering.
Raphael Barcelos
Partner responsible for Infrastructure. Has more than 10 years of experience in the area. Before joining RBR, was Senior VP of Project Finance at Santander Bank, leading the origination and execution of advisory and credit mandates. Previously, had worked at EY and Ceres, working at financial advisory and consultancy. Holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from UFMG – Federal University of Minas Gerais.
Ricardo Costa
Ricardo Costa is a partner responsible for New Business of RBR, spearheading the development of new business verticals and the international investments division. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School of Columbia University in New York and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas de São Paulo (FGV – EAESP).
Stephanie Camacho
Stephanie is a partner and Investor Relations at RBR. She began her career in 2012, working on Schroders Brasil’s sales team, contacting institutional clients. Among those, pension funds, banks, asset allocators, platforms, and insurers. Before joining RBR, she spent almost three years at XP Inc., coordinating the group’s relationship with Brazilian institutional investors. Stephanie holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations, with emphasis on finance and marketing from ESPM - Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing.
Wilson Ohara
Wilson Ohara is a partner at RBR and responsible for the Credit area in the USA. Previously, he was a partner at Prospex Capital, specialized in real estate transactions, and Sharpen Capital, where he was responsible for the structured credit area. He worked at JPMorgan in Brazil and the USA, Deutsche Bank and BV. Wilson holds a degree in Business Administration from EAESP – Fundação Getúlio Vargas.
